ORDERING POLICY

Purchase is only available for products which are shown in stock on website/ facebook page shop.

Cash On Delivery (COD) available all over Bangladesh also digital payment allow.

Once the order has been paid, it cannot be cancelled.

In case of size mismatch, delivery charge will be re-applicable.

REFUND POLICY

Refund is not applicable & we have exchange policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping time is very short. In Dhaka city we deliver products in the same day in some cases.

On the other hand out of Dhaka it takes 24-48 hours to complete the delivery process.

  • Inside Dhaka : 1 to 2 days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 days

What Do We Do !

In case of claiming, the customer who has purchased Corium product, can go to specific shop from where the purchase has been done for product claim. The store manager will settle the claim according to the regular claim policy. If the specific product is not available, the store manager may send the product to the warehouse for the claim and warehouse will send a new product to that store for settlement after checking the product according to the claim procedure.
